PHASE 1:
XML Based connectivity with the booking engine.
This connectivity includes approx 20 different search functions and approx 8 booking functions – Like:
Price Search – with Hotel name, Hotel Code, Hotel Category/Star
In Alphabetical order, By Price (ascending or descending order), Search by Location plus Hotel Maps and Images (based on availability from GTA) etc.
All hyperlinks & popup windows like Help, Room Pictures, Room Description, Map functionalities etc.

PHASE 2:
Agency Profiles (B-2-B)
Creating a login system – New Sign-ups, Modify, delete, Approve, Disapprove and Suspend accounts.
Search Agency by User name, Password, Email, Contact Name, Status, Agency name, Phone, Fax, IATA No, City, Province, Postal Code, Country.
Forgot password option for Users.
Import existing Agencies Profile if any. (Optional).

PHASE 3:
All XML requests made on https (secured server)
Payment Option- Credit or Cheque Payments on secured server.
SSL128-bit encryption
Certificate – To be purchased by Client using Articles of Incorporation or Companies D and B number.

PHASE 4:
Creating a website (front end) to incorporate with XML functionalities.

PHASE 5:
Technical Support – Operational 24/7 hrs/days
Online Technical Support via Tickets system is provided and is categorized based on the Urgency. Administrator opens a ticket by reporting the error, URL or can browse and Upload Files or Screen Shots. Log a Ticket, View resolved tickets, Open or close a ticket. Add any number of Admin accounts for Support System.

Enterprise Module
Divided in 7 Phases

Generating Auto Emails – New at time of new reservation with a Copy sent to Administrator, Auto Email reminders for Payments and Auto Email Reminders for Cancellation without Payment's to AVOID NO-SHOWS

PHASE 2:
Agency Profiles
Creating a login system – New Sign-ups, Modify, delete, Approve, Disapprove and Suspend options.
Search Agency by User name, Password, Email, Contact Name, Status, Agency name, Phone, Fax, IATA No, City, Province, Postal Code, Country.
Booking Reports
Search a Booking in Private Database with either of the following options –
Optional Fields to Search a Booking.
With a Booking ID no (4 numeric),
With a particular user name,
With a Customer name,
By Booking status – Pending, Confirmed or Cancelled
By Destination city name or Code
By Check-in/Arrival Date
By No of nights stay
By GTA Booking reference number
By Hotel Code
By Payment Method (eg – Cheque, Cash Credit Card etc)
By Payment Status
Administrator Functionalities
Add administrator, add users, Modify, Search Delete, List all users
Create Permissions for Users with View, Add, Delete, Modify options

PHASE 3:
DataBase – Updates private DataBase for Every Booking requested or confirmed with the Booking Summary.
Creating a website to incorporate with XML functionality.
Booking Summaries.

PHASE 4: (NEW)
Generating Auto Emails – Auto Email reminders for Bookings not paid, Cancellation of Bookings – System Sends 3 Auto generated reminder Emails to Users for Payments, if no Payment applied, system cancels the Booking automatically to AVOID NO-SHOWS. If Payments applied at time of Bookings system will not generate any Auto Emails.
Email for new reservation with a Copy sent to Administrator.

PHASE 5:
All XML requests made on https (secured server)
